The role owns LLM and foundation-model initiatives, RAG and agentic AI pipelines, AIOps, data and feature platforms, secure enterprise AI applications, and the hiring and development of an AI engineering team. It requires a bachelor's degree, at least five years of experience leading product or technical teams, and two years of GenAI experience; the base salary is $147,060 to $191,516, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
