Description
The Senior Manager AI Platforms will own and scale Staples’ enterprise AI/ML platform, including GenAI tooling, agentic frameworks, and shared infrastructure. The role defines the platform roadmap, establishes architecture and governance standards, partners with engineering, security, product, and business teams, and manages vendor relationships to enable safe, reliable, and scalable AI solutions across the enterprise. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least 8 years of technology leadership or platform experience, and 4+ years working with AI/ML platforms, MLOps, GenAI systems, or ML infrastructure.
