Description
SentinelOne is hiring a Senior Manager, AI Software Engineering to lead and scale AI engineering teams responsible for production-grade AI systems, customer-facing AI capabilities, platform services, and supporting infrastructure. The role partners with Product, Architecture, Security, Data, and other engineering leaders; establishes engineering management practices; mentors managers and senior contributors; defines AI development and MLOps standards; supports scalable architecture; and recruits and develops engineering talent. The position requires extensive software, machine learning, and engineering leadership experience, with a U.S. base salary range of $200,000 to $275,000 USD and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
