Sr. Manager, Application Development & Support – Corporate Systems & Digital Platforms at United Airlines leads enterprise application development and support for corporate systems such as intranet content management, policies/procedures, and back-office applications supporting Legal, Government Affairs, and Corporate Real Estate. The role also owns Developer AI Enablement, embedding AI-assisted development practices, tools, and governance to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery speed while partnering with infrastructure, security, and Responsible AI teams. It requires strong leadership, enterprise architecture, cloud, Agile/DevOps, CMS, and AI tooling experience, along with a bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of relevant experience.
