Description
Acrisure is hiring a Sr. Manager, Epic Platform Operations to lead four teams responsible for Applied Epic support, ancillary products, reporting, configuration, releases, and operational improvements. The role owns platform health, escalates business-impacting issues, translates business needs into configuration and reporting solutions, manages vendors and project impacts, and builds team processes and cross coverage. It requires at least five years of application management, support, systems operations, or business systems experience, including five years leading teams, plus a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. The position requires an on-site presence and offers a base salary of $100,000 to $150,000 plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
