Peloton is hiring a Senior Manager of Broadcast Engineering to lead its London-based Broadcast Engineering team and oversee the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of broadcast studios, content delivery systems, and broadcast equipment. The role manages equipment procurement and installation, coordinates with global broadcast engineering leads and cross-functional teams, resolves technical incidents, mentors team members, and supports a seven-day-a-week broadcast operations schedule. Candidates need a relevant degree or comparable experience, at least eight years of broadcast engineering experience including three years of managerial experience, and strong leadership, communication, project management, and technical troubleshooting skills.
