Description
The Senior Manager, Business Process Development will improve supply chain operations by analyzing planning and execution processes, designing scalable improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role serves as a liaison between business users and IT for supply chain systems, supports configuration, testing, and deployment, maintains data integrity, and leads or supports projects involving system upgrades, process redesigns, and automation. It requires a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business analytics, or a related field, plus 3–5 years of business process or systems analyst experience in supply chain or operations, along with ERP, data visualization, Excel, process mapping, and process-improvement knowledge.
