Description
McKesson is hiring a Sr. Manager, Pharmacy Distribution Operations to manage the day-to-day operations of a high-volume, automated pharmaceutical distribution center within the Central Fill Pharmacy network. The role is customer co-located and on-site, requiring the manager to lead supervisors and individual contributors, manage production and staffing, track operational KPIs, ensure regulatory compliance, support audits, drive continuous improvement, manage vendors and budgets, and develop the team. The position requires a four-year degree or equivalent experience, pharmacy operations and inventory management experience, a pharmacy technician license or ability to obtain certification, and at least 9 years of professional operations experience plus 1 year of supervisory or management experience. The base pay range is $89,800 to $149,600.
