Additional Information

Minimum Education: High school diploma or GED
Required Previous Experiences: 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in e-commerce operations
3+ years leading large operational teams across multiple leadership levels
Experience operating in a large-scale, standardized multi-site e-commerce network
Subject matter expertise in inbound operations
Experience leading multiple simultaneous facility launches, startup deployments, operational recoveries, and transformation initiatives
Experience serving as a launch leader, operational deployment leader, or functional SME for three or more large-scale e-commerce facility launches
Experience supporting multiple facilities simultaneously and driving operational results through influence, coaching, and execution leadership
Ability to assess operational performance, identify root causes, and implement sustainable improvements
Experience rapidly assessing unfamiliar operations and delivering sustainable improvements in compressed timelines
Experience coaching and developing operational leaders
Advanced understanding of inventory flow, picking, packing, sorting, shipping, workforce planning, and operational controls
Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and continuous improvement skills
Ability and willingness to travel up to 80% domestically
Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting multiple simultaneous startup deployments from launch through stabilization
Experience serving as a subject matter expert, deployment leader, or operational support leader during critical business events
Experience working in a customer-driven e-commerce environment with high-volume operational demands
