Additional Information

Minimum Education: High school diploma or GED
Required Previous Experiences: 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in e-commerce operations
3+ years leading large operational teams across multiple leadership levels
Experience operating in a large-scale, standardized multi-site e-commerce network
Subject matter expertise in outbound operations
Experience leading multiple simultaneous facility launches, recoveries, and transformation initiatives
Experience serving as a launch, deployment, or functional SME for three or more large-scale e-commerce facility launches
Experience supporting multiple facilities simultaneously and driving operational results through coaching and execution leadership
Ability to assess operational performance and implement sustainable improvements
Experience rapidly assessing unfamiliar operations and delivering improvements in compressed timelines
