Grand Circle is hiring a Sr. Manager, Commercial Finance in Boston, Massachusetts, on a hybrid basis requiring three onsite days per week. The role partners with commercial and business leaders to own budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, scenario modeling, pricing strategy, revenue optimization, P&L performance, and financial decision support. It also leads one Senior Financial Analyst and helps establish scalable financial processes. Candidates need at least eight years of progressive experience in commercial finance, FP&A, strategic finance, business finance, or a related function, along with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. The base salary is $150,000–$185,000, with an annual incentive bonus and comprehensive benefits.
