Mineralys Therapeutics is hiring a fully remote Senior Manager, Compliance Operations to operationalize and sustain its compliance program across commercial, medical, corporate, and regulatory functions. The role focuses on aggregate spend and transparency reporting, data governance, third-party funding compliance, PDMA sample accountability, regulatory submissions, policy and training development, and compliance risk management. The position reports to the Vice President of Compliance, requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of healthcare or pharmaceutical compliance experience, and offers a US salary range of $175,000 to $190,000 with up to 10% travel.
