Howmet Aerospace is hiring a Sr. Manager, Continuous Improvement in Brea, California to lead a team of 2–3 Continuous Improvement Engineers and drive lean-manufacturing excellence across production lines. The role oversees Kaizen, value-stream mapping, 5S, standard work, SMED, digital KPI tracking, SQDC dashboards, root-cause analysis, safety compliance, and cross-functional improvement initiatives. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering or a related discipline, at least 7 years of experience in aerospace, automotive, medical, or related high-volume manufacturing, and at least 5 years in a managerial role.
