Sally Beauty Holdings is hiring a Senior Manager – Customer Analytics to lead customer analytics strategy for its COSMOPROF business unit. The role combines people management with advanced analytics, including customer segmentation, A/B and multivariate testing, CRM campaign optimization, data pipelines in Databricks and Python, and executive storytelling. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least eight years of data and customer analytics experience, and at least two years in a managerial or lead capacity. The position is hybrid, with periodic onsite presence at the corporate office, and does not provide visa sponsorship.
