Description
The Sr. Manager, Data Engineering will lead the strategy, architecture, delivery, and operations of an enterprise data engineering function. The role builds and mentors a team of 10–15 data engineers and product owners, defines the data engineering roadmap, oversees scalable pipelines, data lakes, warehouses, and real-time streaming infrastructure, leads cloud-native platform strategy across Azure, AWS, or GCP, and owns data governance, quality, compliance, AI/ML enablement, vendor management, and platform operations. The position requires 10+ years of progressive data engineering or data architecture experience, 5+ years of people leadership experience, enterprise-scale platform delivery, modern data stack expertise, and strong executive communication skills.
