Dexcom is hiring a global leader to build and mature its Data Protection and Insider Risk function across endpoint, email, web, cloud, SaaS, and collaboration environments. The role owns the enterprise DLP lifecycle, insider risk governance and investigations, control effectiveness, technology integration, automation, analytics, AI-assisted operations, KPIs, and program governance. It requires a technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 10+ years of cybersecurity or data-security experience, 5+ years focused on data protection, DLP, or insider risk, and 5–8 years of people management experience. The position is primarily home-office based with 5–15% travel, and offers a salary of $181,000 to $301,600 plus medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
