Hims & Hers is hiring a Senior Manager, Data Science to lead its early-stage UK data science team and operate it as a distributed function with the US-based data science organization. The role combines technical leadership—reviewing designs and code, setting standards, unblocking ambiguous problems, and ensuring production delivery—with people leadership, roadmap prioritization, and executive communication. Candidates need 8+ years of data science or ML engineering experience, including 2+ years managing data scientists or ML engineers, along with experience building new teams, leading distributed teams, and applying Python, SQL, and applied machine learning. The role reports to the Director of Data Science and partners with Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Product leadership.
