Description
The Senior Manager, Demand & Supply Planning will lead the integrated planning function for Hestan Culinary, owning demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory optimization, S&OP/IBP, commercial alignment, planning systems, and team development. The role requires 8–12+ years of relevant experience, consumer goods or retail/eCommerce exposure, S&OP/IBP leadership, planning-system experience, and team-management experience. It is primarily remote with some travel to the Vallejo, California campus and a stated salary of $120,000 to $150,000 DOE.
