Fender Musical Instruments Corporation is hiring a Sr. Manager, Engineering in Corona, California to lead and develop a manufacturing engineering team responsible for process sustainability, quality improvement, yield and fallout analysis, robotics, NPI and R&D manufacturing, and continuous improvement. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline and at least three years of engineering management experience in medical device, aerospace, or automotive industries, along with Lean, Six Sigma, robotics, and manufacturing operations experience. The position offers an annual salary of $180,648 to $185,000 and includes medical, dental, 401(k), paid time off, and an equipment purchase program.
