Mars is hiring a Sr Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead strategic procurement and contract manufacturing sourcing for Mars Snacking North America. The role owns global sub-category spend, develops and manages supplier relationships, leads RFP and supplier qualification activities, oversees supplier governance and performance auditing, manages supply, price, legal, intellectual property, and volatility risks, and drives cost savings and supply chain optimization. The position requires at least 8 years of procurement experience, a bachelor's degree, and direct oversight of $250 million in spend. It is an onsite role with a base pay range of USD 119,040 to USD 163,680 and medical and dental benefits.
