Databricks is hiring a Sr. Manager, Field Engineering to lead a diverse team of technical pre-sales Solutions Architects serving the Asean region. The role focuses on mentoring the team, coaching high-performing employees, supporting strategic enterprise customer engagements, building customer and partner relationships, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Services, and other cross-functional teams, and establishing best practices for team efficiency and business impact. Candidates should have experience leading technical teams in Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS environments, a track record of coaching teams, strong collaboration and communication skills, and a technical background in Data Engineering, Databases, or Data Science.
