Description
Vodafone is seeking a senior leader to own the strategy, delivery, and development of its passive fixed network infrastructure, including FTTx and HFC. The role leads infrastructure teams, manages vendors and partnerships, oversees CAPEX and OPEX planning, and coordinates with Engineering, Finance, Procurement, and Commercial stakeholders. Candidates need fixed-network deployment experience, team leadership, passive-fibre and permitting knowledge, supplier-management experience, budgeting skills, analytical ability, and fluency in Czech and English. The position follows a three-days-from-home, two-days-in-office arrangement and is based at Vodafone’s headquarters in Stodůlky.
