Description
The Senior Manager of Global Strategy for Mars Snacking will partner with executive leadership to develop and deploy global enterprise strategy, lead complex strategic projects, communicate performance and challenges to senior stakeholders, and drive competitive intelligence and benchmarking. The role requires 7+ years of experience in global corporate strategy or strategy consulting, strong analytical and communication skills, extensive Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel experience, and an MBA or related degree is strongly preferred. The position offers a US base pay range of USD 169,840 to USD 233,530 plus variable pay and benefits.
