Description
Butterfly Network is hiring a Senior Manager, Hardware and Operations Engineering to lead a cross-functional organization spanning mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing engineering. The role owns end-to-end hardware product development, industrialization, global NPI, mass production, yield improvement, cost reduction, reliability, engineering change management, and the development of SOPs, process controls, and BOMs. It is a hands-on leadership position based in Butterfly’s Taoyuan, Taiwan office, with a hybrid work model requiring two or more days per week in the office and travel to Taiwan, Thailand, China, and other locations.
