Baxter is hiring a Senior HR Manager to partner with business and HR leaders on people strategy, leadership and manager capability, employee engagement, talent and succession planning, organizational effectiveness, change management, and workforce alignment. The role advises senior leadership, develops HR programs and measurement systems, coaches senior leaders, and supports reward, recognition, conflict resolution, and safety and quality practices. Candidates need a BS in HR or equivalent, at least 8 years of HR experience including 5 years of generalist experience, manufacturing experience in a pharmaceutical, food/beverage, or FDA-regulated industry, and strong leadership, project management, communication, and business acumen skills. The estimated base salary is $144,000 to $198,000 annually, with medical and dental coverage starting on day one.
