Caleres is hiring a Sr. Manager, HRBP in New York City, NY to lead talent, organizational, and people strategies while supporting HR execution, compliance, and risk management. The role partners with business leaders on talent, performance, organizational design, workforce planning, and associate matters; develops leadership capability and talent pipelines; and creates people programs that strengthen culture, engagement, and retention. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience, plus at least seven years of progressive human resources experience, including HR Business Partner or HR Generalist experience.
