Description
Conga is hiring a Sr. Manager, HRIS to own and optimize its Workday HCM ecosystem, improve data integrity, and support HRIS process optimization, compensation implementation, global open enrollment, acquisition data integration, and other People Team initiatives. The role partners with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Payroll, Finance, and IT, and is based in Houston, Texas or Boston, Massachusetts on a hybrid schedule. The position requires Workday implementation and optimization experience, technical expertise in compensation, benefits, and performance modules, project management skills, and strong cross-functional collaboration. The U.S. base salary range is $145,230 to $232,370 USD, with variable incentive pay and medical and dental insurance.
