Description
DHL Express is hiring a Sr. Manager, Infrastructure Engineering to lead the planning, execution, and lifecycle governance of engineering projects involving infrastructure, material handling, and container handling systems. The role translates operational requirements into engineered designs, oversees project delivery and vendor performance, manages engineering change control and cross-functional dependencies, and supports engineering optimization and long-range infrastructure planning. Candidates need 10–15 years of progressively complex experience in relevant engineering fields or a Master’s degree with 8–12 years of relevant experience, along with AutoCAD and engineering design proficiency. The position may be based in various DHL office locations and may allow full or partial remote work subject to approval, with up to 50% travel and weekday attendance.
