United Airlines is hiring a Senior Manager of IT Application Development to lead the development of innovative solutions for its Crew Scheduling business unit. The role manages and develops an IT team, sets strategic and tactical product-development plans, coordinates with business and IT stakeholders, manages budgets and resources, and oversees SaaS and cloud-based application development using AWS. It requires a bachelor's degree, at least five years of relevant experience, three or more years of application-development experience, leadership experience, and knowledge of modern application technologies and Agile practices. The base salary is $140,600 to $183,108, with bonus and long-term incentive compensation eligibility and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
