OpenText is hiring a Senior Manager, IT Audit to lead global IT SOX/ICFR compliance, technology assurance, cybersecurity, ERP, cloud, AI governance, and operational resilience audits. The role reports to the Director, IT Audit, partners with executive stakeholders and external auditors, develops an audit team, and advises leadership on technology risk and transformation initiatives. Candidates need a bachelor's degree, 12+ years of progressive experience in internal or external audit, IT risk, SOX, technology assurance, or consulting, and expertise with SAP, ITGCs, cybersecurity, GRC, and AI governance. The salary range is $118,000–$168,000.
