Entrust is hiring a Manager, Information Technology (IT) to lead a group of Business Systems Analysts and deliver IT capabilities for Customer Operations and Service organizations. The role manages budgets, schedules, performance, vendors, escalations, Level 3 enterprise-system support, solution architecture, and project delivery while overseeing hiring, performance management, and team development. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of Oracle ERP and business analyst experience, five years of hands-on Oracle Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Installed Base, and Service Contracts experience, and at least two years of supervisory experience. The position offers a starting base salary of $135,718–$199,053 per year, with medical, vision, and dental benefits.
