Description
HistoSonics is hiring a Senior Manager, Learning & Development to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of scalable physician and internal clinical education across its indications and technology platforms. The role develops curriculum strategy, instructional design standards, competency frameworks, blended learning solutions, and educational assets; partners with clinical and medical affairs experts; and manages learning resources and vendors. It requires a bachelor's degree, at least 10 years of relevant learning and development experience, medical device or life sciences experience, and the ability to travel up to 30%. The position is hybrid in the Greater Minneapolis/St. Paul area and does not offer visa sponsorship.
