The role partners with the Chief Legal Officer and oversees Legal team operations, including budget management, vendor and law-firm billing, legal technology, process improvement, reporting, team culture, and strategic initiatives. Candidates need at least five years of experience in legal operations, business operations, strategic project or program management, or related fields, along with strong financial acumen, AI and automation experience, and cross-functional partnership skills. The position requires three days per week in the office and offers an annual base salary of CAD 135,500–169,500, plus bonus and equity opportunities.
