Adobe is hiring a People Manager for Applied Research to lead and grow a distributed team focused on training data for generative AI. The role owns strategy and execution for acquiring, processing, curating, annotating, versioning, and quality-assuring large-scale datasets; building scalable data pipelines; collaborating with researchers, ML engineers, and product managers; and advancing data diversity, bias mitigation, and ethical AI practices. Candidates need a master’s or Ph.D. in a relevant field or equivalent experience, at least five years of engineering leadership, seven years building large-scale ETL/ELT pipelines, and expertise in generative-model data lifecycles, data governance, cloud technologies, and large-scale image or video datasets. The U.S. pay range is $178,900 to $351,225 annually, with a California range of $242,600 to $351,225.
