CCC is hiring a Senior Manager, Managed Library Services to lead professional services for pharmaceutical and life sciences clients. The role oversees information management engagements, manages and develops embedded information and records/document support professionals, supports client relationships and renewals, and collaborates with internal functions to drive retention and business growth. The position is remote, prefers a Midwest location in the Eastern time zone, and offers a $95,000–$105,000 base salary plus performance bonus eligibility.
