The role recruits and develops talent, directs capital equipment acquisition and commissioning, leads cross-functional automated-system implementations, oversees budgets and compliance, and may supervise exempt specialists and non-exempt employees. It is onsite in Temecula, California; Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota; and Clonmel, Ireland, with 15% travel, and offers a base salary of $129,300 to $258,700.
