Description
Avid Bioservices is hiring a Senior Manager, Manufacturing (Flex Shift) to lead GMP manufacturing operations across upstream, downstream, and formulation functions during the evening flex shift. The role manages manufacturing escalations, real-time GMP decisions, deviation triage, batch-record review, shift handovers, supervisor coaching, and coordination with QA, Engineering, Facilities, EHS, and Automation. It is a full-time onsite position in Tustin, California, with a Monday-through-Friday schedule from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., plus potential overtime, weekends, and holidays. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or related discipline, at least 10 years of biologics or pharmaceutical GMP manufacturing experience, and at least 5 years of people-management experience. Compensation is $139,200 to $174,000 annually, with health, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
