Description
Baxter is hiring a Senior Manager, R&D Mechanical Engineering to lead the mechanical engineering team responsible for complex electromechanical infusion systems from concept through verification, design transfer, commercialization, production ramp, and sustaining support. The role owns design quality, risk-based development, manufacturing readiness, cross-functional decision-making, talent development, and the integration of artificial intelligence into engineering workflows. It requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical field, at least 10 years of regulated-industry mechanical engineering experience, and 3–5 years leading engineers and cross-functional technical teams. The position offers a minimum of three days onsite per week, relocation assistance, and an estimated base salary of $152,000 to $209,000 annually.
