Peloton is hiring a Mechanical Engineering Manager to recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of mechanical engineers for its connected fitness hardware. The role focuses on engineering standards, product development workflows, design and test fixturing, supplier and contract-manufacturer collaboration, and cross-functional coordination across Electrical, Firmware, Quality, Operations, and Industrial Design. Candidates need at least 12 years of mechanical design engineering experience, including 4 years leading engineering teams, a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, and experience with manufacturing methods, FEA, power transmission, or quality management systems. The position is onsite at Peloton’s Woodinville, Washington headquarters and offers a base salary of $169,937 to $209,589 USD plus equity, stock purchase, and health and welfare benefits.
