Boar’s Head Brand is hiring a Prepared Foods, Culinary Development Senior Manager to develop and implement new prepared-food products, programs, and foodservice concepts across manufacturing and retail environments. The role combines product development, recipe and menu innovation, customer and purveyor relationship management, training, quality assurance, sanitation, labor and production management, and commercialization. It requires extensive culinary and product-innovation experience, strong food-tasting and communication skills, extensive travel, and an office-based schedule with approximately 35% travel.
