Description
The Senior Manager of Software Engineering leads the integrated modernization of application delivery, data engineering, migration, integration, testing, operational readiness, production cutover, and decommissioning. The role manages and develops a high-performing data engineering organization, defines data engineering strategy, oversees cloud data platforms, establishes engineering standards, coordinates complex dependencies, and manages program governance and executive reporting. It requires 10+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years in people leadership, enterprise modernization or platform migration experience, and hands-on familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, and related data technologies.
