Description
JPMorganChase is hiring a Senior Manager of Software Engineering for its Athena Post Trade Technology Team. The role provides technical coaching and advisory to multiple software engineering teams, oversees entry-level to mid-level engineers, influences budgets and technical decisions, coordinates cross-team collaboration, and establishes enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering and SDLC/TLM automation practices. The position requires formal software engineering training or certification, at least 10 years of applied experience, team leadership experience, Python and AWS Cloud expertise, and experience with large-scale Agentic AI projects.
