Client First Technologies is seeking a full-time, on-site Manager/Operations Manager (Program Manager) to lead and administer a government customer contract. The role serves as the primary interface with government program authorities, oversees task orders spanning data analytics, applications development, system administration, collaboration frameworks, and document management, manages staffing and contractor performance, ensures IT service continuity, and prepares CDRLs and progress reports. The position requires a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant discipline, more than 10 years of related experience, an active SECRET security clearance, and a full-time on-site presence in Patuxent River, Maryland.
