Rivian and Volkswagen Group Technologies is hiring a Senior Manager of OTA Vehicle Engineering to lead and grow a cross-functional OTA vehicle engineering organization across multiple sites and time zones. The role owns the technical direction and architecture of the OTA update system, aligns capabilities with hardware, software, manufacturing, service, and business operations, establishes development processes and test automation, and drives OTA initiatives from concept through operational delivery on customer vehicles. Candidates need extensive software development, integration, architecture, systems engineering, and leadership experience, along with expertise in C++, Rust, embedded software, and test automation.
