Smartsheet is hiring a Senior Manager, People Business Partner to lead talent strategy and execution for its global Go-To-Market sales organization. The role partners with GTM and sales leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, performance management, retention, development, compensation alignment, and talent systems, while collaborating with People & Culture centers of excellence and regional business partners. It requires at least seven years of People Business Partner experience, including three years leading teams, along with sales, SaaS, data analysis, and HR education or equivalent experience. The position is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the Bellevue, Washington office, and offers a US base salary of $162,500 to $192,500 plus an incentive opportunity.
