Oscar is hiring a Senior Manager, People Compliance to lead HR compliance functions including visa and immigration, health and safety, employee policies, labor-law compliance, risk analysis, and HR governance. The role reports to the Senior Director, Human Resources, is based in the New York City office on a hybrid schedule with three in-office days per week, and offers a base salary of $135,792 to $178,227 per year plus benefits and performance bonuses. Candidates need at least two years of leadership experience, five or more years of progressive HR experience, and a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or commensurate experience; Workday HRIS experience is a bonus.
