Description
Mars Inc. is hiring a Sr. Manager, Process and Platform to ensure the integrity and reliability of its OneStream financial system. The role leads a team of three OneStream administrators, oversees system governance and upgrades, supports financial close and reporting processes, partners with IT, controllership, FP&A, and external consultants, and manages data flows across ERP, planning, and allocation systems. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in IT, accounting, finance, or a related field, at least 10 years of financial-systems experience including 5 years in EPM and 2 years with OneStream, team leadership experience, US GAAP and consolidation knowledge, and SOX expertise. It is a hybrid role with a base pay range of USD 169,840 to USD 233,530.
