Thermo Fisher Scientific is hiring a Sr. Manager, Process Engineering (Capital Projects and Validation) to lead capital projects, packaging and assembly equipment, critical process recipe development, and validation for clinical trials. The role manages engineering projects, continuous improvement, cost-saving initiatives, technical documentation, audits, and equipment upgrades while mentoring engineers and supporting production. It requires a bachelor’s degree, substantial packaging or industrial engineering experience, supervisory experience, and knowledge of GMP, Lean Six Sigma, and process improvement.
