Advarra is hiring a Senior Manager, Procurement to lead enterprise-wide procurement strategy and sourcing for approximately $75 million in indirect spending across seven categories, primarily Technology and Business Services. The role owns the sourcing and buying process, vendor onboarding, procurement governance, policy, multi-year roadmaps, and a procurement steering committee, while building and leading a procurement team. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree, at least five years of procurement Category Manager experience sourcing Technology and Business Services, professional negotiation experience, experience with mature Source-to-Pay systems, and a CPSM or CPP designation or similar. The position is open to remote candidates in the United States and offers a base salary of $110,000 to $214,000, with possible variable bonus and health coverage.
