Description
The Senior Manager Procurement Transformation – Indirect Goods & Services will partner with the organization on critical capital investments and indirect spend, shape sourcing strategies, lead supplier selection and contract negotiations, build supplier partnerships, and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, finance, and procurement stakeholders. The role requires experience in strategic sourcing, category management, procurement transformation, or a related field, along with change management, negotiation, stakeholder management, business acumen, analytical thinking, and cross-functional experience. Fluency in English and German is required, with French as an advantage; a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required, while a master's degree and procurement or technical-category experience are advantageous. The position is based in Kaiseraugst, Switzerland.
